Dynamic Surface Solutions is a growing exterior cleaning company serving Durham, Clarington, and the Greater Toronto Area. We handle everything from estate-property soft washing to multi-building commercial and post-construction contracts, and we do it with professional-grade equipment, real chemistry knowledge, and a reputation we protect on every job.

We are hiring a Lead Technician to run our truck and trailer, lead a 2–3 person crew, and be the face of the company on site. This is not a labourer position. You will make decisions in the field, manage the day, and deal directly with customers.

This is year-round work. Exterior cleaning runs spring through fall, and the truck switches over to snow removal through the winter. No layoff, no scrambling for winter income.

What You'll Do

- Drive the company truck and trailer to job sites across Durham and the GTA
- Lead and direct a 2–3 person crew through the full workday
- Perform soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning, and surface restoration on residential and commercial properties
- Walk jobs with customers at start and finish, answer questions, and represent the company professionally
- Maintain equipment, manage on-truck inventory, and keep the rig job-ready
- Document site conditions before work begins and flag issues before they become problems
- Run snow removal routes through the winter season, including early-morning and storm-response callouts

What You Bring (Required)

- Valid G licence with a clean driving abstract (insurance requirement)
- Real experience towing and backing a trailer
- Experience leading a small crew,



or clear readiness to step into that role
- Strong, professional communication with customers
- Physically capable of full outdoor workdays, ladder work, and lifting equipment
- Reliability. The crew and the schedule depend on you.

What Sets You Apart (Assets)

- Background in exterior cleaning, window cleaning, landscaping, or a similar outdoor trade
- Soft wash or water-fed pole experience
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certification (we will pay for certification if you don't have it yet)
- Comfort working from lifts and at height

Pay & Perks

- $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience. Top of range for candidates with exterior cleaning or crew lead experience.
