Must possess a Red Seal Journeyman ticket and demonstrate effective leadership of small teams. You'll coordinate daily execution with a focus on productivity, communication, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, and perform daily work with the team
- Coordinate manpower, sequencing, and material requirements
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards
- Coach apprentices and junior electricians on best practices
- Communicate site needs, progress, and constraints efficiently

Requirements:

- Valid Red Seal Journeyman ticket
- Proven leadership experience with small crews
- Proficient in reading drawings and solving problems
- Experience in residential condo recent builds
- Valid driver's license for Lower Mainland travel
