- Ensure student and guest safety during activities
- Motivate and manage a strong team of instructors
- Conduct morning meetings and oversee lesson organization
- Assist with scheduling and office administration
- Provide on-snow supervision and instruction

Requirements:

- CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 3 certification
- Strong background in snow sports and Big Mountain culture
- Solid grasp of instructional methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Robust English communication abilities
