Sparkes Builders has been building in the Lloydminster region since 1983 — commercial, residential, and agricultural projects, all done by a family-run crew that takes pride in the work. We're growing and looking for an experienced Lead Hand / Foreman to run jobsites alongside our team.

What you'll do:

- Lead a crew day-to-day on site and keep the job moving safely and on schedule
- Read plans, lay out work, and coordinate with our foreman, subtrades, and suppliers
- Frame, form, finish, and get your hands dirty right alongside the crew
- Track materials, hours, and site progress and communicate with the office
- Set the standard for safety, quality, and craftsmanship on every job

What we're looking for:

- Journeyman Carpenter (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Several years in residential, commercial, or ag construction, with time spent leading a crew
- Strong knowledge of framing, concrete,



metal installation and finishing work
- Organized, reliable, and able to solve problems on the fly
- Valid driver's licence
