THE POSITION The Lead Server is responsible for providing leadership to our food service team to deliver an exciting fan experience in a service-focused environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Communication with Food Service Team to include all details pertaining to specific events, ongoing changes to general routine and/or procedures;
- Exhibits a ‘hands on’ approach to the supervision of the department;
- Communicate and enforce all company policies;
- Ensure a secure environment for both guests and employees through regular maintenance of the assigned areas;




- Supervise the execution of elevated Food and Beverage Services Fan experience;
- Ensure the implementation of nightly and month end inventory reconciliation is adhered to
- Adherence to CSEC Core Values
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;
- Other duties as required.

THE INDIVIDUAL The ideal candidate will have the following background:

- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar function in Food & Beverage, preferably Banquets or Conventions;
- Bartending experience is an asset;
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high service levels under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality;
- Schedule flexibility to work ‘event hours’ based on business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
