As Senior Legal

Counsel with strong commercial expertise you will play a key role in supporting Pigment’s commercial operations and strategic initiatives across North America, working closely with Legal, Sales, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams. You will manage the full customer contract lifecycle across the Americas, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. In addition, you will serve as a primary point of contact for legal inquiries from internal teams, providing explicit, pragmatic, and business-oriented guidance, while supporting cross-functional processes such as procurement and vendor management with a strong focus on risk assessment and compliance.

Advise legal, security, product and commercial teams on data protection matters in the context of SaaS contracts, customer negotiations, RFPs and calls for tenders Collaborate with other business teams (Revenue Operations, Finance, Systems/IT) to maintain and develop Pigment’s contract lifecycle management systems, internal documentation, and public-facing templates Deliver internal training sessions on relevant topics (e.g. contracts, privacy, data protection,
