As the Base AME, you will be responsible for managing multiple company aircraft primarily in Moncton (YQM). You will plan, coordinate, and perform maintenance activities to ensure aircraft airworthiness, reliability, and operational readiness, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and flight schedules.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced AME who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges and having a direct impact on aircraft availability and client experience.

Provide

Base AME maintenance support for Challenger 350 and Bell 407 aircraft in Moncton (YQM) as well as on additional Chartright aircraft as required to support operational needs. Play a key role in keeping private aircraft operational by performing maintenance in full compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Dismantle and assemble aircraft systems for repair and overhaul.

Trouble shoot aircraft defects and carry out corrective action. Remove,



install, and functionally test aircraft components. Certify that all technical records are originated and retained for all inspections and maintenance functions.

Maintain accurate technical records and ensure all maintenance documentations meet Transport Canada standards. Ensure only approved equipment and materials are used while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Work in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company-wide, maintenance, and health & safety policies and procedures.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed M2 AME. Challenger 350 and Helicopter Bell 407 maintenance certification are considered assets. Robust ability to read, understand and interpret technical publications, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical drawings and blueprints.

Sound knowledge of aircraft systems, aerodynamics, aircraft structures and basic applied mechanics, with proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Hands- on experience with disassembling aircraft systems, removal of defective components and installing replacement parts, components and structures. Flexibility to work on a schedule that accommodates aircraft departure and arrival times.
