Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Couples Therapist role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The independent provider will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver couples therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, supported by PairLume’s AI-guided tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other care providers as needed to ensure integrated support. The therapist will engage in regular case reviews, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and provide culturally sensitive care aligned with local regulations and professional standards. As an independent provider,



the therapist will manage their schedule within agreed parameters and uphold high ethical and professional practice standards.

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health skilled (e.g., Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Counselor) with formal training in couples or relationship therapy.
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities for couples work (e.g., EFT, Gottman-informed approaches, CBT-based relationship interventions) and experience conducting structured assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong clinical communication skills, including the ability to facilitate difficult conversations, maintain neutral stance, and build rapport with diverse couples.
- Comfort using digital tools and AI-assisted platforms in clinical practice, with openness to learning new technologies and integrating data insights into care plans.
- Cultural competence and experience providing care in multicultural or Middle Eastern contexts; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in an on-site setting, manage caseloads effectively, and adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and local regulatory requirements.
