Medavie is seeking a senior leader to manage STD/LTD disability programs across Canada. You will drive evidence-based disability management, lead diverse teams, and partner with sponsors and providers to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
You will influence strategy, manage risk, and promote robust customer experiences while coaching leadership talent and supporting change initiatives within a national health solutions environment.
