That’s okay. No previous financial or insurance experience is required.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn, build relationships, and develop a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Our team provides training, mentorship and guidance through the LLQP education and licensing process.

What You’ll Learn

Through our training and mentorship program, you will learn about:

● Permanent and term life insurance

● Critical illness and other insurance solutions

● Retirement and financial planning concepts

● Client needs analysis

● Financial services products and strategies

● Client relationship building

● Sales and communication skills

● How to build and grow your own client network

LLQP Training & Licensing

You do NOT need to already have your LLQP or insurance licence to apply.

We provide training and guidance to help you prepare for the LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program) and the licensing process.

Once you complete the required education/examinations and obtain your licence, you can begin conducting licensed insurance activities within the scope of your licence.

Early Licensing Bonus: Eligible candidates may also qualify for an early licensing bonus based on the applicable program requirements.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary.

Income is based on business production and applicable commissions/renewals. Earnings can vary significantly based on individual activity, sales, client relationships and results.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who understands and is comfortable with a performance-based compensation model.
