About The Role

As a Lifestyle Concierge Specialist at Lorencia, you’ll be the trusted personal assistant and experience designer for our clients in Vancouver. You’ll craft tailored recommendations, manage bookings, and ensure every request is handled with care and discretion. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who thrive on problem-solving, personal connection, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily client requests, from dining reservations to event planning

- Curate personalized itineraries and local experiences for residents and visitors

- Coordinate transportation, wellness bookings, and gifting services

- Maintain strong local knowledge of Vancouver’s best restaurants, attractions, and partners

- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs

- Liaise with premium vendors and partners to secure exclusive access or special arrangements

- Ensure accurate,



discreet handling of all client information and preferences

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, or customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking ability

- Knowledge of Vancouver’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene

- Confidence handling high-end client requests with discretion and professionalism

- Proficiency with scheduling tools, booking platforms, and email
