Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet quality standards
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure uniformity across all dishes served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness




- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively before serving
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant kitchen experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
