The Aulde Dubliner & Pour House is a lively, two-storey pub on the busiest corner in the ByWard Market. We serve elevated pub favourites and proudly pour what we believe is the best Guinness in the city.

Our kitchen may be small, but our team makes big things happen! We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in their food, enjoys a busy service, and brings a positive attitude to the line.

What you’ll be doing:

- Preparing dishes you’re proud to send out, following our recipes and presentation standards
- Keeping quality, consistency, and timing on point through a busy service
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action
- Following food safety standards and proper cooking temperatures
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to give our guests a great experience

What you’ll bring:

- Previous line cook experience and solid cooking skills
- An eye for detail, even when the orders keep coming




- Good time management and clear communication
- The ability to handle your station independently and jump in when a teammate needs a hand
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pride in your work and a team-first attitude
