We are now hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare menu items according to Central recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep as required
- Portion, label, and stock ingredients to support effective kitchen operations
- Ensure the highest level of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Work well under pressure while maintaining an organized workstation
- Support the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen team
What You've Done:
- 1-2 years of restaurant/kitchen experience
- 1+ years of cooking experience
