Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook food items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality throughout service
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment
- Support meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure continuous food availability

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Solid understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary best practices
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles in a restaurant context
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are preferred
