Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards to delight guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Support the kitchen team by completing prep work such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs




- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless food service and uphold quality standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations is highly valued
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Robust attention to detail when preparing ingredients and cooking dishes
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
