Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is a strong plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation techniques
