Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Serve dishes efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation meets expectations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards
- Support the team with meal assembly, portioning, and garnishing as needed
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
