As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our US fulfillment operations in Ferndale,WA.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare shipping labels, Air Waybills (AWBs), and related documentation for daily orders.
- Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare dry ice, ice pack, and ambient-temperature shipments according to established procedures.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain incoming inventory and warehouse supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations.
- Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and inventory transfers.
- Track shipments and assist with shipping or delivery issues.
- Coordinate daily fulfillment and inventory activities with the Vancouver Logistics team.




- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and follow all shipping, inventory, and safety SOPs.
- Support other logistics, warehouse and operational activities as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carrier shipping platforms is an asset.
- Experience with dry ice or temperature-sensitive shipments is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Robust attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Dependable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move packages and warehouse supplies as required.

Compensation
- USD $40,000–$50,000 per year, commensurate with qualification and experience
- Semi-annual performance-based bonus
- Medical and dental benefits, paid time off, paid holidays

Work Location

- 1957 Baltic Way, Ferndale, WA, USA 98248
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- 100% onsite
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work onsite in Ferndale from the first day of employment
