Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable L'Oréal Luxury Division Beauty Ambassador to represent our prestigious brand in Sephora retail locations. This role involves engaging with customers, providing expert product demonstrations, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, fragrance, and skincare, and the ability to connect with diverse clientele.

Brands under the L'Oréal Luxury Division in Sephora include YSL, Prada, Miu Miu, Armani, Valentino, Azzaro, Victor & Rolf, Kiehl's, Youth to the People, Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, Maison Margiela, and Lancome.

Duties

- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring an inviting environment.
- Conduct product demos and makeup applications to showcase the latest luxury beauty products.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable products based on individual needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays aligned with brand guidelines.
- Upsell products by educating customers on features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with Sephora team members and fellow L'Oréal Ambassadors to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.




- Regularly use the brand training platform and educational resources to stay up-to-date on new product launches, business priorities, and client trends.
- Uphold professional communication with the L'Oréal Ambassador team, Sephora store teams, and Retail Sales Account Executive.
- Ensure accurate sales and store visit reporting on shift call reports.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience, especially in beauty or luxury brands, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and product demos is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with a focus on upselling and customer engagement.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or special events if required.
