- Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Load and unload parts on Haas CNC milling machines
- Deburr and clean machined parts according to work instructions
- Perform visual inspections of finished products
- Verify part quantities and maintain production records
- Read and follow drawings, work orders, and instructions
- Monitor machine operation and report issues when they arise
- Report quality concerns to the Quality and Production teams
- Work on a variety of custom-manufactured parts and production orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work independently while meeting production and quality requirements

What Makes This Role Unique Unlike high-volume production facilities, we manufacture custom parts built to our customers' specifications. Operators will see a variety of products, materials, and order quantities, from single-piece jobs to larger production runs.
