We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor / Shift Leader to oversee daily facility and equipment operations. You will manage a team of maintenance technicians, lead troubleshooting efforts, and ensure work orders are completed efficiently to minimize downtime.

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is considered an asset. ~ Technical Skills: Strongproficiencyin mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting (up to 480V preferred), hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC basic diagnostics. ~ Certifications: High school diploma or GEDrequired; Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Certificate (or equivalent trade certification) is considered an asset. ~ Software: Limble) for work order and inventory tracking is considered an asset ~
