About the Opportunity
WSG is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for a major industrial steam generation facility. This position requires a strong mechanical background, practical field experience, and a proactive leadership approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Perform hands-on maintenance work as required.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of boilers, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems.
- Manage work orders, maintenance records, and scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate contractors and external service providers when necessary.
- Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in turbo machinery and industrial mechanical systems.
- Experience working with boiler and steam generation systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial maintenance environments.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Cold Lake.
