Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventative maintenance programs. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
Prepare and manage facility maintenance budget. Forecast future plant requirements to support projected production demands. Lead, mentor and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to ensure skill development Academic/Educational Requirements Completion of university degree or college program in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
