I’m Simon Mathé, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, supporting a growing manufacturing company in the recycling sector. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to structure and strengthen the maintenance function.

Mission Reporting to operations, you will lead and organize the maintenance department. Key responsibilities:

Supervise a team of 4-5 maintenance technicians

Implement a structured preventive maintenance program

Drive ERP/CMMS usage (work orders, tracking, data)

Analyze downtime and implement long-term solutions

Plan and prioritize maintenance activities

Improve equipment reliability

Establish standards and best practices

Work closely with production teams

Solid leadership and organizational skills

Data-driven and process-oriented mindset

Ability to structure and develop a team

Solid technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)

Experience with ERP or CMMS systems

French required Asset

Class C license or willingness to obtain it

Working Conditions

Salary: $70,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience)

Potential bonus (~5%)
