About This Team The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business in increasing its profitability and return on investment by creating value in our indirect supply chain through strategic & stakeholder-centric procurement. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities, supplier performance and relationship management & developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team plays a key role in value delivery for our business.

core responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement, the Manager, Technology Vendor Management partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure strategic suppliers deliver strong performance, value and business outcomes. You will lead supplier governance, monitor contractual commitments, SLAs and KPIs, manage performance issues and escalations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and cost optimisation. You will also support the Procurement Leadership Team in advancing the vendor management strategy and proactively surface supplier risks, commercial opportunities and emerging issues that may impact business objectives.

- Monitor supplier performance against contracts, SLAs, KPIs and agreed business outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders to understand priorities, resolve service issues and manage changing demand.
- Lead regular supplier governance meetings, tracking actions, risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, service improvements, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with category team on commercial matters, including renewals, contract changes, compliance and financial commitments.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships while holding partners accountable for performance, value and delivery.




- Support strategic sourcing events and supplier negotiations, with opportunities to lead as experience grows.

Qualifications

- Preferred: MBA, SCMP or equivalent professional designation
- 5+ years in procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or supplier governance within a technology workplace.
- 2+ years Technology category experience
- Experience working with legal, finance, security, and business stakeholders
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office), knowledge of P2P (Coupa)/Oracle a plus.
- Core capabilities:
- - Technical Skills: Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Experience using AI to fuel analytics. P2P/e-sourcing platform knowledge is an asset

- Reporting: Advanced. Creates and manages updates to procurement reports, including but not limited to spend reporting, contract analysis and reporting, project landscape reporting, supplier attributes reporting.
- Systems & Ownership: Advanced. Demonstrates strong expertise in extracting and synthesizing data across procurement platforms (source-to-contract and project management systems) to support reporting needs.

Takes ownership of complex data issues, driving them through to resolution while providing guidance and support to team members..

- Project Management: Leads complex projects and manages multiple deliverables concurrently. Uses tools and techniques to track progress, manage risks, and proactively communicate changes.
- Relationship building: Effectively builds partnerships by understanding stakeholder needs and expectations. Navigates complex issues, takes ownership through resolution, and provides guidance and support to team members.

- Data Management: Advanced - Has a strong proficiency with procurement systems and tools.
- Analytics: Advanced. Supports the development and brings to life procurement vendor management analytics, SLA tracking, Management of renewal pipeline across all L2 categories, Definition and activation of in-life cost efficiencies, variance analysis and cost control
- Category Management: Supports development of strategies across a range of categories. Demonstrates strong knowledge of market dynamics, supplier capabilities, commercial structures, cost drivers, and industry trends.

Additional Notes

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $141,800 - $186,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
