About the role

Join our Marketing & Business Development team for the Fall 2026 term. You will help plan, create, and publish engaging English- and Chinese-language content for digital channels and campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Research audience and market trends.
- Draft and edit social posts, short-form video scripts, captions, email content, and promotional materials.
- Support content calendars and campaign execution.
- Adapt and review content for Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Coordinate basic photo and video production.
- Monitor content performance and prepare concise insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing and business-development initiatives.

Required qualifications
- Currently enrolled post-secondary students only. Applicants must currently be in their second, third, or fourth year of a marketing,



communications, business, media, or related post-secondary program.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, including spoken and written comprehension. This is mandatory because the role creates and reviews Chinese-language content and communicates with Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Strong English writing and editing skills.
- Strong research, organization, attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in person at our Markham office.
- A portfolio or 2–3 relevant work samples are required for review.

Assets
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic photo or short-form video editing experience.
- Familiarity with basic content analytics.
