We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator who wants to make a measurable impact on the growth of our clinic. This is not simply a social media position. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase patient acquisition, strengthen our community presence, and build lasting referral relationships.

Position Summary The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and continuously improving all marketing and business development initiatives for Churchill Physiotherapy Clinic.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role that combines digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media, physician and healthcare-provider outreach, community engagement, partnership development, and performance analysis.

A key responsibility of this position will be actively developing new referral and business opportunities. The successful candidate must be confident and comfortable reaching out directly to neighbouring physicians, medical clinics, healthcare professionals, local businesses, employers, community organizations,



and other potential referral partners to introduce Churchill Physiotherapy Clinic, establish professional relationships, and identify opportunities to generate new patients.

The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative rather than simply manage existing marketing activities. This includes identifying opportunities, developing outreach strategies, following up with prospective referral sources, building long-term relationships, and converting those relationships into measurable patient growth.

The role will also be responsible for strengthening Churchill Physiotherapy Clinic’s presence within the local Mississauga community and expanding awareness of our multidisciplinary services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic care, and specialized rehabilitation services.

Prior experience working within a healthcare, physiotherapy, medical, wellness, or allied-health organization will be considered a strong asset.

The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, personable, organized, and comfortable with both digital marketing and face-to-face business development. Most importantly, they must be comfortable picking up the phone, sending emails, visiting local businesses and healthcare offices, and actively building relationships that lead to recent patient opportunities.
