VDK Group Inc. is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and brand initiatives. This role coordinates social media, creates marketing content, supports recruitment and promotional campaigns, maintains company branding, and assists with website and digital marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Develop graphics, advertisements, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate photography and video content showcasing products, projects, employees, and company culture.
- Maintain consistent branding across marketing platforms and materials.
- Assist with website updates and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support recruitment marketing and job advertising.
- Coordinate promotional materials, events, trade shows, and community initiatives.
- Track marketing performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement.




- Work with leadership and departments to promote VDK Group’s products, services, and divisions.

What You’ll Bring

- Education or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and content-creation skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an asset.
- Photography and basic video-editing experience is an asset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
