Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and specific areas of concern.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices or follow-up sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant health information.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, industry standards,
and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation, treatment explanation, and client education.
