Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and support equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Identify equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams and provide technical support and coaching to junior technicians.
Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical Technology diploma/degree or equivalent.
- Licensed Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Millwright preferred.
- 3.5+ years of Tetra Pak experience.
- Experience with aseptic food processing and high-speed packaging equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced setting.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday (Continental Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $48.98 Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
