Duties

Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures to ensure seamless clinical workflows.

Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing instruments, arranging supplies, and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.

Gather patient histories, measure vital signs, and document medical information accurately in electronic health records.

Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians, following strict safety protocols and medical guidelines.

Support patient care by providing clear instructions, answering questions, and addressing concerns with compassion and professionalism.

Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient reminders to optimize clinic efficiency.





Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas to uphold infection control standards at all times.

Qualifications

Previous hospital or clinical experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with fast-paced healthcare environments.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential for accurate documentation and communication within the team.

Experience with medication administration, including injections and oral medications, is required to support safe patient care.

Excellent patient care skills with a friendly, empathetic approach to diverse populations.

Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Basic understanding of electronic health record systems and administrative duties related to patient management.

Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential is a plus but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Pay: $25.17-$35.35 per hour
