: The Mental Health Therapist - Staff is accountable for the provision of the clinical counselling services to the adult outpatients as required in Mental Health and Addictions. Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day client service delivery.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology or other health related discipline
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead discussions
- Knowledge of group work and case management.
- knowledge of case management principles
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling & training platforms
- Knowledge in family violence, trauma, loss and grief, addiction, and poverty
- Knowledge in treating mood disorders
- Knowledge in human behaviour, group dynamics and mental health needs of adults

- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Travel within Saskatchewan
- Registered/eligible to register with corresponding professional association
