Hi there, my husband and I are looking for some assistance with our four-month-old son. We have older parents (whom we also care for) and need a little support with the baby. We live near them and they love to visit their grandson, however they have several health and mobility concerns that make their involvement difficult, if not dangerous for our baby.

Ideally, we would like someone who speaks Punjabi, as we are a mixed couple hoping that our child gets exposure to this rich culture. Our son is a beautiful, happy baby that is active and will likely be a positive talker soon! He is fairly regular with his habits and relatively easy to care for -- at least we think so!

He is bottle-fed formula and is a good size for his age, so we need someone able to comfortably lift a baby getting closer to 20 lbs by the day.
