We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the medical office.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently to optimize clinic operations
- Prepare patient charts, update medical records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and handling medical supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to infection control standards
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding their care instructions, appointment details, and follow-up needs

Requirements





- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or training related to medical assisting or healthcare support is advantageous
