In this role, you will interact with customers directly, showcasing a variety of alcoholic products including spirits, wine, and beer.
The position focuses on weekly shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, with the possibility of extra shifts throughout the year, giving you a chance to engage with various audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide alcohol samples to customers in an engaging manner
- Share product information and influence purchase decisions
- Independently set up and take down your sampling area
- Help meet and exceed sampling targets
- Use a mobile device for reporting activities
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Must confidently engage with consumers
- ProServe Liquor Certification is essential
- Vehicle access necessary for travel
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts
