Our program

While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development program combining on-the-job experience with structured learning to build both technical and behavioural capabilities.

Through multiple rotations, you will progressively achieve core competencies across key technical areas, including but not limited to Safety, Environment, and Quality Management, Site Management, Services/MEP, Planning and Programs, and Information Management. The two-and-a-half-year program is designed with flexibility to adapt your career journey to project needs and individual aspirations, ensuring you gain practical exposure and guidance from some of our most experienced professionals.

If that sounds like you, and you have studied Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture/Design, or another construction-related program, we would love to hear from you!

Our two-and-a-half-year, full-time rotational program starts in May/June 2027. To be eligible for the Graduate Program, applicants must be set to graduate in Spring 2027.

Applications for Graduate Positions close on November 13, 2026.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications.
