- Review real-world data from deployed networks including logs, configs, telemetry, and event streams.
- Label and classify network behaviors, issues, anomalies, and incident patterns.
- Define schemas and structure for large-scale data pipelines for downstream ML models.
What We're Looking For
- Have robust relevant experience as a Level-3 / Tier-3 / Principal Support Engineer maintaining enterprise infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with end-customer enterprise networks including switches, APs, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Wi-Fi/wireless technologies and enterprise WLAN controllers such as Cisco WLC, Aruba, or Meraki.
- Ability to perform packet-level troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark and tcp dump.
- Curiosity about transforming raw infrastructure data into machine learning input.
