Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks across all areas of the facility, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance checks to identify issues such as lighting outages, plumbing problems, or equipment malfunctions.
- Carry out detailed cleaning of specialized areas such as kitchens, break rooms, or storage spaces as needed.
- Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting to support overall building upkeep and safety.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and maintenance tools are properly stored and inventory is maintained.




- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Document completed tasks, report any issues requiring further attention, and maintain detailed logs for accountability.

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Robust attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
