Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, full-time Hose Assembly Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for 8-hour evening shifts, Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The successful candidate will complete approximately 1–3 months of training during the day before transitioning to the night shift.

This position includes an unpaid 30-minute lunch and two unpaid 15-minute breaks, or an another unpaid 30-minute supper break.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble automotive hose products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Measure and cut hose to the required length.
- Install fittings using hand tools and hydraulic crimping equipment.
- Pressure test completed hose assemblies to verify performance and identify leaks.
- Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Read and follow work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Record production information using basic computer software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area.




- Cross-train in other production areas and assist with manufacturing tasks as needed.

Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 20 lbs).

- Experience using hand tools or power tools.
- Experience operating crimping equipment or working with hydraulic hose assemblies.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures.

Pay

Starts at $23.00/hour, based on experience.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
