Job Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is cleaning newly constructed residential homes, including post-construction, pre-possession, and final cleaning.

Typical duties may include

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces
- Removing construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
- Performing detailed cleaning to prepare new homes for inspection or possession
- Working independently and as part of a cleaning team

All work is performed indoors. The company provides all necessary qualified cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

Successful candidates must

- Be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid SIN/work authorization
- Have their own reliable vehicle and be able to drive to different job sites in Calgary
- Be available during weekday daytime hours for at least 3 days per week
- Be physically capable of performing cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
- Be reliable, punctual,



efficient, and detail-oriented
- Be able to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Take pride in completing work thoroughly and professionally

Previous professional cleaning or construction-cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
