Focus on functional transfers, cognitive assessments, and home safety improvements, using evidence-based practice.
Your role will also involve collaborating with both clients and families to ensure tailored and effective rehabilitation plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments focusing on mobility and accessibility
- Develop individualized plans to enhance functional performance
- Engage clients in self-management and health initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for service quality
- Facilitate training and supervision of support staff
Requirements:
- Accredited bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with ACOT
- Recent graduates supported with comprehensive training
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
