Mission Eye Care is a locally owned, independent optometry practice located in Calgary’s Mission community, just south of downtown. We have a team of six optometrists and a growing optical department serving a great mix of new and returning patients.

We are looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Optical Sales Associate to join our team full-time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality, automotive, retail, or other premium sales environments who enjoys working with high-quality products and creating a personalized customer experience.

Optical experience is not required. We provide comprehensive on-site training for the right candidate. We can teach you the technical aspects of optics; we're looking for someone who already understands how to connect with customers, uncover their needs, confidently make recommendations, and create an experience that keeps them coming back.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
- Luxury Fashion Retail: 1 year (required)
- Optical: 1 year (preferred)
