Role Description This is a remote, contract Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) role responsible for supporting and optimizing AP processes within Oracle Applications. The role includes managing vendor invoices, processing payments, reconciling AP accounts, and resolving discrepancies in coordination with internal finance and business teams. The Oracle AP specialist will configure and maintain AP-related modules,



support integrations with other Oracle and enterprise systems, and assist in troubleshooting system or process issues.

The role also involves documenting AP workflows, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process and process optimization within Accounts Payable and related finance operations.
- Experience in Consulting or advisory roles, working with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend AP and finance process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle AP modules; familiarity with Oracle HR is a plus.
- Knowledge of Integration between Oracle AP and other enterprise systems, including data flows, interfaces, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or ERP support roles, preferably in a technology-driven or global setting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud certifications, or experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions, are advantageous.
