including organizational assessments, operating model design and implementation,workforceand talent planning, evaluating the organizational impacts of AI, and leading change management initiatives. Ability for storytelling and building executive presentations Strongtrack recordof leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leaders Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching teams.
