Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand and strengthen our B2B wholesale network within the assigned territory. As a field-based sales representative, you will be the face of our brand, developing strong relationships with medical spas, day spas, skincare clinics, and licensed skincare professionals. The ideal candidate is a licensed/certified esthetician with proven B2B sales experience who can combine technical skincare expertise with strategic business development and relationship management.

You will be responsible for generating current business, growing existing accounts, providing product training, and driving revenue growth throughout the sales territory.

Position:

This position will initially be offered as a part-time contract position, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time permanent role based on performance, business needs and mutual fit following the first year.

Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development

- Identify, prospect, and secure new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits to spas, medical spas, skincare clinics and wellness centers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product consultations, and hands-on demonstrations for spa owners, medical directors, clinic managers, and lead aestheticians.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and new-account acquisition KPIs established by management.

2. Account Management & Retention

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing professional accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
- Act as a strategic business partner to spa and clinic owners by understanding their business objectives and helping them improve retail performance.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Certified/Licensed Aesthetician designation is required.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, ingredients, skin conditions, treatments, and skincare protocols.
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Additional skincare, aesthetics, or beauty industry certifications are considered an asset.

Sales Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, professional skincare, and aesthetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to prospect, develop new accounts, manage a sales pipeline, and close business.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario driver's license with a strong driving record.
- Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for territory travel.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, iPad/tablet technology, email, video conferencing, and mobile sales applications.
