With hundreds of employees and a strong regional presence, the company continues to grow and pursue ambitious expansion goals. To help drive this growth, Evergreen is hiring an experienced, full-time sales professional foritsexpanding team in British Columbia's Interior.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sales prospecting (90%) and account management (10%) while you build the territory.
- Prospect daily through phone, personalized email, LinkedIn/online research, in-person field work, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Conduct discovery, site walks and needs assessments; identify buyer priorities, incumbent issues, service expectations, budget and decision process.
- Coordinate clean handoff to Operations and remain engaged through startup so commitments made during the sale are delivered.
- Pursue formal RFP/RFQ opportunities where strategically qualified, while maintaining a strong private/self-generated pipeline.
- Maintain CRM records and the Evergreen Sales Playbook; every live opportunity must have a credible stage, value, next action and close date.
- Report conversion, pipeline, field activity, proposals, wins/losses and forecast accurately; participate in coaching and monthly performance reviews with Sales Leader.

Performance: You have in the past:

- Created and implemented an individual sales plan with a constant improvement approach
- Worked with a long or short sales cycle
- 3 years outside sales experience, proactively looking for new business opportunities
- Flourished in a small company environment that is continually changing and growing
- Dealt with decision makers and multiple decision makers
- Managed a territory of a minimum value of $500K in the most recent completed year

Front of the Line: If you have the experience:

- 5 years plus outside business development experience
- Have sold janitorial and or building maintenance services
- Experience using CRM

Education: College or university education an asset.Highschool diploma or GED required.
