We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, and finishes to the interior and exterior of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality standards and a polished appearance. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and understanding of safety procedures will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, no taping as you should be able to cut in without it.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment.
- Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Be efficient and a team player
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize workflow processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with painting techniques in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and paint sprayers
