The YMCA is actively looking for dedicated Enhancement Educators (Non-RECE) to join our team. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment for school-age children and assist fellow educators in implementing engaging programs.

Responsibilities include administering medication, supporting child development documentation, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning engaging child-centered programs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in activity areas
- Administer medication to children as needed
- Observe and communicate child development observations
- Foster teamwork among staff members

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old
- Current First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification
- College degree preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Child Care Early Years Act is an asset
- Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check within 90 days
