About the Role

White Spot Janitorial Services is hiring a hands-on Part time Evening Area Cleaning Supervisor to lead evening cleaning crews across Calgary. You'll keep sites inspection-ready, support your team, and step in when they need help. If you can lead a team and don't mind an evening schedule, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 4:45 PM to 9:30 PM

- Weekend flexibility required (additional coverage as needed)

- Start date: October 2, 2026

What You'll Do

- Inspect sites to enforce safety and cleanliness standards

- Assign daily tasks and schedules, ensuring full coverage across sites

- Monitor staff performance, give feedback, and conduct regular reviews

- Deliver ongoing training so the team keeps improving, and attend meetings and service training sessions as required

- Roll up your sleeves and help clean during peak times or when short-staffed

- Respond quickly to urgent requests and on-site emergencies

- Manage supplies and equipment — stock levels, usage, upkeep, and replacement requests

- Run safety briefings and enforce PPE compliance

- Develop cleaning procedures and checklists, work with management to improve operations, and recommend or coordinate additional cleaning services as needed





- Submit daily reports and flag staff absences to the General Manager immediately

MUST Require:

- Janitorial / commercial cleaning experience

- Previous supervisory experience
- A good driving record — a current driver's abstract is required

- Working knowledge of janitorial equipment

- Comfortable driving between multiple sites within Calgary city limits

- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

- Physically able to meet the demands of the role (walking, lifting, bending)

Pay: From $26.50 per hour
